It is not your player's Team coach or Team or Divisional Manager's responsibility to handle refunds. All requests for refunds must be received in writing (letter or email) by the second week of play at the club office: Box 3563, Courtenay, BC, V9N 6Z8 - Email Us
When a player is registered, and the appropriate fees are fully paid, a refund may be granted only under the following criteria:
- Prior to the season or program commencing, a refund may be granted, without reason, (less a $25 admin fee). No refunds will be issued after this point in time.
- After the season has started, up to and including the second week of play, refunds will be considered for medical reasons only and must be accompanied by a doctor's note (less admin fee). There will be no refunds issued for medical reasons after this point in time.
- Select Players - once a player accepts a position on a team after evaluations are complete, there will be no refunds granted.
