CVUSC Player pathway provides a roadmap for United's players of all ages and ability to participate at various levels of the game of encouraging lifelong participation.  United's goal is to encourage players to strive for the level they desire to play, too support all players to achieve their goals and enjoy the process.  The Pathway is built around the principles of Long-Term Player Development (LTPD).
