It is not the coaches responsibility to handle refunds. All requests for refunds must be received in writing (letter or email) by the second week of play at the club office: Box 3563, Courtenay, BC, V9N 6Z8 -

When a player is registered, and the appropriate fees are fully paid, a refund may be granted only under the following criteria:
- Prior to the season or program commencing, a refund may be granted, without reason, (less admin fee). No refunds will be issued after this point in time.
- After the season has started, up to and including the second week of play, refunds will be considered for medical reasons only, and must be accompanied by a doctors note (less admin fee). There will be no refunds issued for medical reasons after this point in time
- Select Players - once a player accepts a position on a team after evaluations are complete, there will be no refunds granted.
